be connected to a sump well and pump
in order to maximize foundation
drainage and to maintain clear
weeping tiles. A sump well and pump
also provides an additional layer of
protection to help ensure that your
valuables stay dry in the event of a
flood.
In order to ensure that our
customers receive reliability and
performance we install only Bell and
Gosset pumps.
Choices include 1/3 hp, 1/2 hp,
3/4hp and 1 hp pumps and battery
operated back up pumps depending
upon your requirements.
City of Toronto's Basement Flooding
Protection Subsidy Program
With the significant increase of
residents in the city of Toronto
over the years, the infrastructure
is beginning to fail in some areas.
The unbelievable amounts of
precipitation over the past couple
years has impacted homeowners with
basement flooding. The cities
drainage systems underground for
both the sanitary and storm sewers
that tie into one another have began
to exceed their capacities. So
the City of Toronto is providing a
Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy
Program where they will pay up to
80% for a new sump pump and
installation maximum $1,750 that
will provide a independent drainage
for your waterproofing system.
